Here you'll find a few of our most popular lighting packages, as well as itemised prices for crew and equipment.

Note that all rates provided below are ex GST.
Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoicing. Extended terms can be arranged upon request.

On Superannuation and Workers Compensation Insurance
To simplify your admin, we manage both crew labour and equipment. As a result, Shaping Light Pty Ltd assumes full responsibility for our crew's superannuation guarantee and WorkCover insurance ensuring full compliance with government regulations.
The cost of us covering these liabilities represents a 12.5% levy on regular 8hr labour rates and is included in the above figures.
Should you prefer to manage individual crew contracts directly, please contact us and we can make those arrangements.
Equipment Rates
Standard Van $1100
With a 2400B and 1200B fixtures onboard this van has more punch than your typical small van package and will cover most solo gaffer shoots. 2m clearance for access in parking houses.
Premium Van $1800
More firepower and rigging options including menace arm and highwalker stands. To make the most of this package we recommend gaffer and assistant. Can be configured for 2m clearance.
Dual Van Package $2750
Combine both vans to get the amount of equipment you’d typically find in a truck, with the flexibility of 2m access, low impact parking, and the option for splitting the team for leapfrogging multiple locations.
Add-Ons and Custom Builds
See gear list for add-ons including speciality fixtures, hazer and generators. Contact us for a quote if you require anything not listed and we'll work with our partners to source it for you.
Mileage each booked day includes 50km mileage, excess billed at $1.25 per km.
Tolls no additional fees for tolls.
Parking passed along at cost.
